Why I blog

I blog because it’s one of few easy ways to release your own thoughts and doings to masses. If you’re unsure about starting your own blog, I would say do it, just do it, scribble down your thoughts and publish it. Even if you don’t like it or see any reason in it, there’s definitely someone else out there who does.

Blogging is brilliant for doing just that – writing down or publishing whatever you find useful and sharing it! I’m probably going to be a blogger for a while. Even if I blog about silly, dumb stuff to you, it might be useful for someone else out there, you never know.

I’ve found out that having this blog is a nice way to show people my creative side as well. I often upload work in progress, sketches, concepts, studies, or finished drawings. Most of my uploaded work can be found in my blog. Feel free to drop notes, comments, or critique about any of the work I do, I can only get stronger by receiving constructive criticism.

  1. hey man, checked out more of your work on your flickr account and I love what I see. Pretty awesome style :) What software to you primarily use? Are you using a tablet?

    1. Hey, thanks a lot for the comment, I have little experience with drawing digitally, but I try my best, so the words of approval from another artist is nice to hear!

I’m primarily, as of right now, using Corel Painter 11. Most of the drawings in the Flickr stream is done in Photoshop CS4 Extended though, all done with a Wacom Intuos 4 medium tablet.
