Minimalism, a skin for Launchy

Long time no see, WordPress!

When I sat down at my computer today and tried to dig into Windows Explorer’s dark, messy insides.. I suddenly realized something. There was something that missed from my list of favorable and must have apps. The application I’m speaking of is of course Launchy, an indexing search function for your local files. It also has the power  to search the web, or any other application you want to add via a plug-in called Runner.

So summed up in a few words: Launchy is awesome and one of my must have apps for Windows.

Enough praise, let’s get to what this post is all about!

I quickly realized that I didn’t like any of the skins coming with Launchy by default, so I decided to pull “Black Glass” (by Peter Wooley) apart and reskin it to suit my insatiable hunger for minimalism and simplicity.
